Michael carrick update on Manson mount and matthijs.
Michael Carrick, Manchester United’s interim manager, has provided updates on Mason Mount and Matthijs de Ligt’s injuries. Mount is getting closer to returning from his injury, with Carrick stating, “Yeah Mason is getting closer. I think we’ve been patient, so we don’t want to push anything. We want him back and he can have a big impact” .As for Matthijs de Ligt, he’s been working his way back from a back injury and is making progress, but Carrick noted, “Matta is a little bit working towards it. He’s a bit behind Mason, so we’re just trying to work with him to progress him” ¹.De Ligt has been out since November with a back issue, and Mount has missed several games due to a knock.
